Fyonta ("we," "us") provides a B2B contact data API and MCP server. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.
Account information. When you create an account: your name, email address, company (optional), and a hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
Payment information. Billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — Stripe passes us only your subscription status, plan, and a customer reference ID.
Usage data. Every API request you make (endpoint, filters used, result count, timestamp) so we can enforce rate limits, bill accurately, and help you debug integration issues.
Session data. A single cookie that keeps you logged in to the dashboard. It's not used for advertising or tracking across other sites.
We don't run advertising trackers or sell visitor data to ad networks. We don't collect more than we need to run the product and bill you correctly.
Fyonta's core product is a database of business contact information (names, work emails, titles, company data) sourced from licensed data providers and public professional sources, plus on-demand enrichment lookups. This is business contact data, not data about you as our customer.
If you are a data subject who appears in Fyonta's database and want your information removed, contact us at prince@fypionmarketing.com and we will process your request in accordance with applicable law (including GDPR and CCPA where they apply).
We share data with the vendors that make the product work — Stripe (payments), our cloud infrastructure provider, and our data licensing partners for enrichment lookups. We do not sell your account data to third parties.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period after cancellation for billing and legal purposes. You can request deletion at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email prince@fypionmarketing.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
We use one essential cookie (fyonta_session) to keep you logged in. It's required for the dashboard to function and isn't used for tracking or advertising.
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify active account holders by email.
