Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Fyonta's API, MCP server, dashboard, and website. By creating an account or using the API, you agree to them.

The service

Fyonta provides programmatic access to a database of business contact information and live enrichment lookups, via a REST API and an MCP server, gated by an API key tied to your account and subscription plan.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password and API key confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at prince@fypionmarketing.com if you suspect your key has been compromised — we can revoke and reissue it from the dashboard.

Acceptable use

You may use data returned by the API for your own outreach, research, and internal business purposes. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute raw data from the API as a standalone product or dataset
• Share your API key outside your organization
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, scrape the API beyond your plan's limits, or reverse-engineer the service
• Use the data to violate applicable law, including anti-spam (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA) or telemarketing regulations in the jurisdictions you contact people in
• Use the service to build a competing contact-data product

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions and billing

• Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled
• You can cancel anytime from the dashboard's billing portal — access continues until the end of the current billing period, no partial refunds for unused time
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers; changes apply at your next renewal

Data accuracy

We work to keep contact data accurate and current, but business contact information changes constantly and we can't guarantee 100% accuracy or deliverability for any given record.

Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees at this time. We'll communicate planned maintenance where possible.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fyonta is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email before taking effect.
